Ready to quit porn for good?
You don't need another plan.
You don't need more willpower.
You need accountability.
You're not weak, you're just alone. We'll give you the consistent, real-world accountability that makes quitting porn actually stick.
If this sounds familiar, you’re in the right place...
Porn is taking over your day.
You don’t even realize how much time porn is stealing until the hours vanish. It eats into your workday, keeps you up late, and leaves you tired, behind, and frustrated with yourself. You think about what you could’ve done with all those hours—launched that business idea you’ve talked about for years, finally gotten in shape, or picked up that hobby you always say you don’t have time for. But instead, another day slips by, and once again, you’re left wondering where the time went.
Porn is always on your mind, whether you're watching it or not.
You’re constantly sexualizing the women around you—mentally undressing them at the gym, in the grocery store, even at work. And when you finally do give in and watch, the old stuff doesn’t cut it anymore. You scroll for longer. You chase content that feels more depraved, more taboo. Deep down, you wonder what it’s doing to your mind, to your morals, to your sexuality—and it scares the hell out of you.
You feel like you’re living a double life.
On the outside, you seem fine—put together, even. But behind the scenes, you’re constantly covering your tracks. Clearing your history. Deleting files. Hiding apps. You’ve got a good system, but you’re always one mistake away from getting caught.
You’re scared this will ruin your relationships—or already has.
If you’re single, porn makes it harder to show up confidently around women. You feel more socially anxious, less motivated, and like no real woman ever measures up to what you’ve been watching. If you’re in a relationship, it creates distance and secrecy—sometimes even betrayal. You know it’s getting in the way, but you don’t know how to stop. And it’s not just romantic relationships you’re worried about. If your friends, family, or coworkers found out, what would they think? Would they see you as a pervert? A creep? That fear keeps you hiding—and stuck.
You’ve tried to quit before—but always end up back in the same place.
You installed blockers, followed Reddit threads, watched YouTube advice, and maybe even bought a course or two. It works for a while. But then stress hits. Or boredom. Or that familiar nighttime loneliness. And just like that, you’re right back where you started—ashamed, frustrated, wondering what the hell is wrong with you. You don’t need another plan. You need to actually stick with one.
You don’t want this to be your story 5 years from now.
You’ve got goals, relationships, and a version of yourself you want to grow into. But this habit keeps holding you back, and time won’t wait for you to figure it out. You’ll get older. Life will move on. And if this habit still has you in 5 years, it will have taken even more—your confidence, your relationships, and opportunities you’ll never get back.
Finally, the structure and support you need to follow through.
Strategy & Goal-Setting Call
Before anything else, we hop on a one-on-one call to talk through where you are, what’s been holding you back, and where you want to go. We’ll define clear goals—and a plan to get there. No fluff. No lectures. Just an honest conversation to build your foundation.

Daily Text Check-Ins
Every single day, you’ll check in by text—building the habit of consistency, reflection, and follow-through. You’ll stay mindful of your progress (and setbacks) with someone actually paying attention. You don’t have to white-knuckle this alone anymore.
Feedback, Encouragement & Course-Correction
You’re not just sending messages into the void. You’ll get real feedback on your progress, patterns, and mindset. When you’re doing well, you’ll hear it. When you’re slipping, we’ll talk about why—and how to course-correct without shame or self-sabotage.

1-3x Weekly Phone Updates
For Pro and Elite clients, we’ll go deeper with regular, 15-minute voice calls. These calls are your chance to unpack bigger challenges, work through cravings, and troubleshoot your plan with support that’s real, raw, and personal.

Meet your coach.
I’m Ed, and I specialize in helping men build the habits—and accountability—they need to finally take back control.
I’m not a therapist. I’m not a guru. I’m just someone who’s been exactly where you are.
It wasn’t until I stopped trying to white-knuckle my way through it and started forging real habits and accountability systems that things finally changed.
That same approach helped me lose over 100 pounds. It helped me build multiple thriving businesses from scratch. And most importantly, it helped me take back control of my life.
That’s what I’m here to help you do. Not to give you some magic formula, but to walk alongside you, keep you on track when willpower runs out, and help you build the habits that actually make quitting porn stick.
This isn’t about being perfect. It’s about finally making progress—and not having to do it alone.

Real men, real results.

Straight answers, no bullsh*t.
How long does it take to recover?
There’s no one-size-fits-all timeline. If you’ve been using porn for years—maybe even decades—your urges aren’t going to disappear in a matter of weeks. You’ve probably already proven that 30-day streaks don’t equal freedom. Recovery isn’t a sprint. It’s a slow rewiring of your habits, triggers, and mind.
Some people see changes quickly. For others, it takes much longer. This coaching isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about walking with you for as long as it takes.
Isn’t this expensive?
Fair question, but ask yourself—how expensive is staying stuck? How much has porn already cost you in time, focus, confidence? How many hours have you lost that could’ve gone into your career, your relationships, your goals?
For some guys, the cost may eventually become even higher. Losing a relationship. Getting fired for crossing a line. Ruining their reputation. Even facing legal consequences.
So yes, this coaching requires a significant investment. But compared to what this habit could take from you? It’s a bargain.
Is this therapy?
No, this is not therapy—and it’s not a replacement for it. If you’re looking for someone to help you process trauma or diagnose mental health issues, I fully support seeing a qualified therapist. But if what you need is structure, support, and follow-through, accountability coaching might be a great fit.
Is this religious or faith-based?
No. Our coaching is built around behavioral science and habit psychology—not any specific religious beliefs. However, if faith is an important part of your recovery, we can work that into your goals and support.
Do I need a plan before I start?
It’s totally fine if you already have a plan—and it’s totally fine if you don’t. Some people come in with specific goals or strategies they want to stick to. Others just know they’re tired of slipping up and ready to finally change. Either way, we’ll use your first call to get clear on what success looks like for you and map out how we’ll get there—together.
Is this confidential?
Your privacy is a top priority—everything is 100% confidential and you’ll never be asked to share anything you’re not comfortable with. If you'd like an additional level of anonymity, you can choose to create a free, virtual phone number through various services such as Google Voice.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Coaching is billed monthly and you’re never locked in past the month you’ve pay for. But if you’re signing up, commit. Show up fully. You owe yourself that.
What is your refund policy?
* Due to the personal nature of this coaching and the commitment involved, there are no refunds once you’ve signed up. Accountability only works if both sides are fully committed. If you’re not ready to show up and do the work, this probably isn’t the right fit for you—and that’s okay.
You don’t have to do this alone.
You’ve tried relying on willpower. You’ve felt the shame of relapse. You’re not broken, you just need real support.
If you’re serious about quitting porn, I’ll be in your corner—every single day.
